For many of us the animals we chose to share our lives with are not just pets, they are members our family and we want to make sure they are cared for should something unexpected happen to us.
The Regina Humane Society's Forever Friends Program works to provide peace of mind to pet owners by allowing them to register their animals and make their wishes known should they pass away. In particular this program is beneficial for individuals who do not have family members or friends who would be able to provide long-term care for their animals after their death.
This program is offered free of charge. By completing the Forever Friends Registration Form and submitting to the Society we will keep your pet(s) details on file and will provide immediate care for your pets following your death. We will also work to find an adoptive family and will share your pet's biography with them. We also offer you the opportunity to write a letter to the new adoptive family which will be shared at the time of the adoption.
To register your animal please submit the attached form to the Regina Humane Society.
